Working on the Rails
Yeah 
working on “the Rails”. I am not talking about the framework (only), but a better perspective about a job and my career.
Have passed one month before I quit my fixed job.
In this time, I traveled to Brasilia a week and I studied a lot.
That is fine, now I am getting some jobs and looking for a full time career.
I am a good person and I am training to be a Javascript and Ruby ninja 
This is the first point, after started, I am always looking for new challenges (languages, environments, architectures, etc).
